Since starting Rebound Club just over a year ago Kent has been on a mission to grow a community deep-rooted in inclusivity, innovation and fun. He has worked relentlessly to create relationships with incredible sponsors that continue to support us as we embark on this next journey. Kent has not done it all alone as nothing would be possible without YOU! Every single one of you has helped.

Rebound Athletics now brings to you guided running, swimming and cycling coaching and training. Rebound Athletics' increased offerings hopes to provide you with everything you could need to conquer your next race/goal in one membership.
Whatever your personal goals are, we have the necessary tools and guidance to help you achieve them, no matter the level of experience you may have. Whether you have clip-in pedals for your bike or not, or whether you can or can’t swim, we are here to help you reach your goals.

Most importantly at Rebound we believe training doesn’t have to be all that serious, and instead training can be a tool to better ourselves everyday, surround ourselves with like-minded individuals and live a happier, more fulfilling life. Providing purpose-led training and coaching is what we hope to provide.

In addition to the weekly training sessions Rebound Athletics is offering personalised coaching from Head Coach Nathan.
